The Flower Moon Retreat

What Awaits You

  • Day 1:

    Arrival & Welcome

Your journey begins with a soft landing in our Villa in Tulum. Our bodies arrives before the minds. The heat, the warm air and the jungle sounds slowy begin to unwind what has been held. This day requires only your presence and to feel the earth beneath your feet. This is a day of transition to what was, what is and what will be.

  • Day 2:

    Preparing to bloom

This day carries a quiet expansion. What has been settling begins to stretch from the inside. The body feels more present, more awake. Sensations grow clearer. Emotions move with greater ease. Creativity stirs gently, not yet fully visible, but undeniably alive.

It is a day of attunement—together and within.Listening to what has been growing beneath the surface.Feeling where you are ready to open, and where patience still serves you.Held by the presence of other women, each on her own threshold.

Like a bud holding its color just before it opens.

  • Day 3:

Full Moon Ceremony | The Flower Moon

This is the moment of fullness. The Flower Full Moon rises, illuminating what has matured and is ready to be seen. What has been quietly growing now asks for expression. Emotions, desires, and truths come forward with clarity.

This ceremony is a space of honoring. Honoring the body. Honoring the journey. Honoring what is blooming in each woman. There is space for becoming. There is room for allowing. What is ripe opens naturally, supported by the moon, the land, and the circle of women gathered.

  • Day 4:

    Rooting What Has Opened

After the fullness comes grounding. This day invites the body to integrate what was revealed. Movements slow. Awareness settles deeper. What opened under the moon begins to anchor itself into the flesh, the breath, the nervous system.

It is about receiving what has emerged. It is about letting what bloomed find its roots.

In the company of women who have also opened, there is a quiet knowing a shared tenderness, a mutual holding.

  • Day 5:

    Carrying The Petals Home

The final day is a return. To the world, with something living now inside you. The body remembers. The rhythm has shifted. What bloomed continues to live beyond the jungle.

This day is about recognition about trusting that what opened will continue to unfold in its own time. About carrying the essence of the experience in your body, woven with the presence of the women who witnessed you.

You leave with roots deepened and petals unfurled, held by an invisible thread of sisterhood that does not end when you go.

You return rooted, open, and more fully yourself.

She blooms when the earth is warm, the moon is full, and her body feels safe enough to soften. Notice the wild intelligence in women, the same one that makes flowers open without asking permission.

  • "Chahira did a wonderful job of understanding the group’s needs and using our experiences to teach, support, and guide us."

    Maryam M.

  • "The retreat was just beyond. The intentionality, the meticulous thoughtful planning/execution, and the element of surprise and excitement you generated while still holding loving space for each of us is inspirational."

    Lucy Z.

  • "By far the best retreat I've ever been on."

    Linda A.

  • “For me, Sarah is the embodiment of freedom. Safety and Playfulness. My experience in the retreat was , actually life changing. I found God, and found him through the process finding myself again. The silence, the emptyness of the desert brought me to really sit face to face with myself and see with the utmost clarity. The way Sarah allows us to connect to the lands despite us not being native from those lands, allows us to live the human experience fully.”

    Matt H.

  • “Participating in a retreat led by Sarah was a deeply transformative experience. She was, for me, a true guide in reconnecting with my inner child and my soul. Thanks to her caring presence, she helped me step out of my comfort zone and, even though it destabilized me at times, I knew it was meant to help me grow."

Meet the Women Leading Your Retreat

  • SARAH MAQBOUB

Sarah Maq is a multidimensional artist, poet, and visionary who opens spaces where creativity becomes a path of healing, truth, and return. She is the founder of Les Esprits Libres, a living offering at the intersection of art, embodiment, and grounded spirituality.

Her work lives in many forms: visual art, tattoo ritual, spoken word, song, movement, space holding and ceremony. The essence remains the same, to awaken what is real, to free what has been silenced, and to bring people home to their raw beauty. Her invitation is for others to explore what lives beneath the surface, to express what words can only begin to say, to meet themselves in honesty rather than perfection, and to remember the language of simplicity and feeling.

Sarah stands on the same ground as those she meets. She listens with her skin, she creates with her blood. She laughs in the middle of sacred circles and sings through heartbreak. She carries fire in her belly and water in her hands. Her medicine is playful presence, precise and full of paradoxical poetry, a blend of contrasts that somehow make perfect sense together.

She guides those who are ready to live wide open, to feel, to express, to return to simplicity and innocence while embracing the sticky depth and the ugly. With her, the path is always about truth, always about presence. Remembering who you are before the world told you who to be.

Rooted in her ancestral memory, feminine wisdom, and the creative chaos of being fully alive, Sarah holds space like she lives: wild, grounded, tender, and fiercely free.

  • CHAHIRA BATTOU

Chahira Battou, a dedicated practitioner in psycho-spirituality, gently guides you on a journey of self-reconnection, energetic alignment, and profound inner transformation. Her workshops are immersive spaces for deep healing and awakening, where psychology meets soul, and where ancient wisdom meets embodied practice.

Through powerful themes such as inner child healing, shadow work, and feminine-masculine energy, Chahira invites you to explore the sacred dualities that shape your inner world: the child and the inner adult, darkness and light, feminine and masculine.

These sessions are more than therapeutic, they are alchemical. With compassion and depth, Chahira helps you uncover what has been hidden, soften what has been hardened, and awaken what longs to be lived. The ultimate intention: to guide you toward balance, clarity, and a deeper understanding of your true essence, so you may walk in greater harmony with yourself and the world around you.

In her presence, healing becomes a remembering, not of who you should be, but of who you already are.
